Rissa Lavilla is a producer and creative for the entertainment industry. Independently, she produces cabaret shows and new developments and often collaborates with production and marketing teams for Broadway, Off Broadway, and developing new musicals. Most recently, she is excited to be in entertainment law with the Recording Academy and is working on her award winning cabaret show, “Let’s Be Bad” expected to have a run in 2026. Along with credits within theatre, NBC Universal, and The Recording Academy, Rissa is passionate about being a voice of diversity, inclusion, and social change within the industry and is a member of several organizations. Some including The Drama League, Off Broadway League, and MUSE/MAESTRA.
