George started acting at the Everyman theatre aged 14. He soon got the part in the BBC series Grange hill as Ziggy aged 15 and lived in London for 4 years playing the lovable rouge.
For a few years after he enjoyed theatre and pantomimes then aged 26 he landed a part in Brookside as little Jimmy a heroin addict, a part he relished and says was the hardest but most enjoyable character he ever played.
He has also wrote a play 'Titanic an untold story' about two Welsh boxers who died on the Titanic. Which graced South Wales theatres.
George continues to be involved in numerous plays.
He Spends his spare time with his son kirk, Grandson Luca and niece Lana, His life’s work!
He is also a keen bird watcher and is in the middle of writing a book which combines his bird art with movies, movie stars, myths and legends.
